Memorial for a good friend...

Post by stickbait »

So 1 1/2 years ago I lost my good buddy and fishing partner, Mike Coelho. Yesterday I was able to finally get back out on the delta and give tribute to my good friend..This area now known as "Mike's Spot" an area where his son and himself won their first tournament together and a area where Mike and myself have caught many fish over the years... So if you bump into this sign give Mike a Hat Tip for me... you just might hook a big one !!! RIP Mike we think of you everyday...

Looks like my fishing days are over so it was something I needed to do... thanks to Aaron for getting me out there ..

That’s a nice gesture.... would not have thought of doing that.... usually you see memorials where the crash site was, etc but this seems very classy..... good on you .....I’m sure your friend would appreciate it.

Very cool idea. We could all be so lucky to have friends that would remember us like that.

That's pretty cool man. I'll definitely be on the look out for it while I'm out on the water.
