I’m sure Boatmasters in Livermore will do it if it’s a Mercury or Evinrude, but you may not like the price. I do know people that have purchased rebuilt engines from them at fair prices, though.

Not to rain on your parade but it may take you a while to get the work done, since most reputable mechanics are currently up to their ears in work

Ya,its goin out of state,that way i dont have to play california games or prices
