Amazing Dobyns Customer Service

Just got off the phone with Bryce. Sending out a new tip for a 806SB. (My negligence) Top notch customer service! You think Shimano, Loomis, or Megabass would’ve done the same? I think not… Dobyns rocks!

It’s nice to know somebody at the Dobyns office will answer the phone and solve the problem. Or answer the phone and just talk fishing while getting info on figuring out what rod will work best. Gary, Nate, Chelsie have treated my son and I well and we appreciate it immensely. Top notch
