Knightsen Ca- Here are the WeFishForHim Series Results from a beautiful 2nd event at Holland Riverside Marina. Tough bite only 10 boats made it out to what ended up being a beautiful day on the California Delta. The 2nd event brought out some new faces, here’s a few names you may be familiar with on the River.
Coming out on top this week was a new team of Jon Rodgers and Neil “Gus” Sterud. The pair had found a few fish practicing a couple weeks back in a small area.
They had them going pretty good early with about 12 pounds by 8 am. Without many other options the two just continued to grind the area flippin’ and pitchin’ black and blue Senkos, no surprise it is February. Later in the day switched to Chatterbaits in that same black n blue upgrading and scoring a beautiful 7.91 kicker anchoring their 20.52 pound bag.
Second went to one of our longest running teams Marc Young and Dave Newton with 14.53 pounds.
Gary Mullins and Joey Skym scored 12.09 pounds.
