Unknown electrical part.

Would anyone be able to tell me what this part is it almost caught my boat on fire. I thought it was the power pole relay but it doesn't look like the ones I have seen, any help would be appreciated.

What is NOT working on your boat?

Power poles have been giving trouble for awhile and the trolling motor is out but I found a broken terminal for that.

I had a marinco trolling motor plug do that. Whatever it is it's got big gauged wire....Battery charging system?
