I been fishing the delta since the 90s and have seen sea lions through out the system all the way back then
It seems like I see more but not a large amount more
Does anyone have the real population numbers over time? Is it a big increase?
Do they come and go with season?
Were they in the upper reaches of the delta in 1960?

They're 4" long so that would be a waste of time and energy.

At least he didn't blame the almond farmers. But I bet the bass fishing get better in that area.

You're right, they are too small for sea lions to eat.
