IN MLF Day 2 of Stop 1 on Sam Rayburn Reservoir was an absolute fireworks show.

Alec Morrison and Cole Breeden both caught 11-pounders, and nine pros topped 20 pounds.

Headlining it all, local rookie Marshall Hughes blitzed 38 pounds, 7 ounces to tally up 50-14 and rocket into the lead. O

Of course, Hughes had an 11-pounder as well (the third of the day) and staked himself a little more than a 6-pound cushion after only scratching up 12-7 on Day 1.

I can't even imagine how much weight they would of had if they managed to get a hold of some Puff Ball jigs prior to the tournament.

They definitely would add weight to there limits if they were using them and that's a fact. Looks like jigs landed a big limit again. You cannot say about a neko rig.

Whoopbass remember you started it I would have left lt alone.
It takes alot to impress me about big bags of fish at a weigh in or who caught them. I'm not surprised that big bag of fish came on jigs at this time of year.
Ive already had the 30 lb.weight thingy for 5 bass on my jigs in 2017 so I'm good. Like I said you would up your game if you ever had a chance to fish them.
