I agree with Scott on the wool. It's bulkier than some of the newer stuff, but it keeps you warm! I was amazed at how easy it is to cast with the wool gloves on, without cutting the thumb tip off. As I was watching the report on the news my thoughts were, what if we don't get all of this rain? They were sure to mention that Folsom Dam was built for "flood control".
