just how is the anti-reverse a factor, I thought when you made a cast you were in a free spool mode mac in my pfluegers you can take the side covering off and either engage or disengage these little nobs and that controls the brakes in free spool I think other reels have the nobs that you can turn ...

question about 4 blade props
what is the advantage of the 4 blade prop over the normal 3 blade?
I can see how an extra blade would add speed but wouldn't it take more rpm's to turn the prop at the same speed as a 3 blade?
So I guess my question is why and when do you want a 4 blade prop?
thanks
Parker

i like a shorter rod (like a 6'6) when fishing it thight to heavy cover expecially the overhanging stuff in open water i think a longer rod helps with casting distance i think a lighter tip is good to let them get the bait better I have always wanted to try one of those 5'6 heavy action pistol grip ...

I remember hearing KVD saying on the bass pros that he casts with the sun at his back so the fish cant see his boat I think it would be the other way, for if the sun is at your back you will cast a shadow, fish would see it before ya even get your bait in the zone. Re: Gear Ratios For...
in my opinion it is all preference some like the faster gear ratios to pick up slack line faster like if a fish is running at the boat after it hits your spinnerbait some like slower to keep them from reeling too fast (crankbaits mostly) all my reels are 6.3:1 and I just adjust the speed of my winding

Q. How long is the sticker valid? A. Inspection stickers are valid through December 31, 2008. Q. Must a boat be re-inspected every time it enters Lake County? A. Yes. Mr. Tuck, it was my understanding at first that the sticker lasted for the year requiring only one inspection. but the second answer...
