Clear Lake Saturday night?
Hey fellas, just checking in to see how many will make the trek to the big pond this Saturday night for a little moonlight fishing? The moon will be three days past full on Saturday so it should be fun. Any clubs coming over for a night tourney? We are going to be out there and I wanted to see how m...

Dan, I can say with conviction....YES!!!! :D  I just bought a used 150 Johnson for my 1987 18.5 Skeeter but it has a 25 in shaft instead of 20 in. I had to install a 5" jack plate and WOW what a difference. I had a 175 Evinrude bolted direct to the transom before and it took a while to g...

I just wanted to thank everyone again for all of the help and advice I received about my motor problem. Re: metal 3blade Motorguide trolling motor prop - need opin
Bustout,
This is only my opinion but I loved my 3 blade metal prop before I broke a blade on a stump. It was very tough and great in the weeds on Clearlake (just don't hit a stump when bedfishing). It was better than the plastic three blade I have now.
