Here is a link to more pictures. I tried to capture pics of anything "wrong" with the boat...such as the missing carpet and a couple nicks.

Lake Pleasant is Northwest of the valley, Barlett Lake is North of the Valley, both about 1 hour from Phoenix to boat ramp. Roosevelt, Saquaro and Canyon are North East of Phoenix ab...

This is really a great idea and something that can really get BIG on a national level with TV or something. Who wouldn't want to watch some guys chucking wood all day pulling in the big girls?? I've been taught that you pick a silver blade for bright sunny skies, a gold blade for overcast skies. Is this accurate? How about colored blades? What situations would you use these blades for: double silver - double gold - silver/gold - white - chartreuse - white/chartreuse - Thanks. I'm really tr...

Anybody try the new Pflueger Summit LP with the 7:1 gear ratio? Wondering how it does. The price seems good and the weight is very light compared to other 7:1 gear ratio reels. Thinking of trying this on a spinnerbait rod. What do you think?

Weighing fish
When using a digital scale like the one made by Berkley to weight fish, is it better to punch a hole through the fishes lip or to place the hook on the underside of the gills?
If it is better to do it through the jaw, wouldn't it make more sense to make the hook a little sharper?

Wow, 10 casts? I can throw a spinnerbait 100 times before I get bit.
I have always wondered this as well. I'll go and throw a crankbait for an hour trying to get bit before I'll change it up. Should I be changing it up more often?
