I think the fish will find the 400' notch because it will have current. I bet the rest of the rock barrier will serve as a haul out spot for the sealions, as they rest up after feasting on those fish.

I think cancelling the Tunnel, and redirecting that money toward water conservation, would be a big step toward sane water management.

Well it's easy you run a sprinkler system over the top of the tree lines from lake tahoe and they turn on whenever there is a fire... Its just like taking an island that is below the water line or equal to it and is fully embanked and flooding it from the adjacent water that will be let loose back ...

Perfect example is go to new boats classified and you will see MLF co angler that won the Delta event in April. He stated with 33,000. he is now down to 25,000.. still has it. No money in hand. Also the winner of this last week co angler has his certificate for sale for 30,000... I hope he gets it....
