Re: Seaguar Tatsu Fluorocarbon Line
I use 16lb and 20lb Toray SuperHard. I've heard that Tatsu is supple, strong, and has good knot strength. How does it's abrasion resistance compare to Toray SuperHard, which is one of most abrasion resistant floros? What about stretch? I know Seaguar stretches more than Toray, so I'm interested in h...

I called the Hook and was asking about info on the Bobby D's and was told that the originals use Gamakatsu hooks. The newer colors have Mustad. Why the change? Is the gauge of the hook the same?

Awesome! The Mike's Craw color looks beast. Is that color only available at Black Dog Baits?
For you guys that throw both the Waddas and Bobby D's, what are some of the differences (particularly the bulk of skirt & flair comparison) and how do you decide which one to throw?

Bearing count is really mis-leading. It really isn't the number of bearings that matter. It's the quality of the bearings, and where they are placed with-in the reel that matters. However, I would go with the Curado 200E7 for that frog rod, as this reel is 7:1 and has oversized gears and drags to h...

The concern is not so much about pulling the boat, but rather stopping, particularly in an emergency. Apparently it would be unsafe with a vehicle like the Accord. Also, I'm not even sure how it would handle launching and loading a boat on a steep ramp.
