i don't know about you guys but i don't think "imitation is a sincere form of flattery" when someone takes your bait and scans it. would you be flattered if you were to study hard for an exam only to have the person next to you copying your answers?

i believe in first come first serve when it comes to fishing no matter who you are. i tend to stay as far away as humanly possible, but what do you do when you are fishing the tules in one direction and another boat is fishing up the other way? who has the right of way then?
