Re: anyone ever see a bass with a carp stuck in it's gullet?
Growing up on the River down near Blythe in the 1980's, I call it the bad old days because we kept a lot of our bass back then. We found everything from shad, bluegill, a baby mud hen, crawdads, frogs, and yes, carp, in their stomachs. I once caught bass of about 17 inches that had a carp tail stick...

Yeah, get some sponsors! Just walk into Anglers Marine, ask Rick for a Ranger boat for each event, and he'll prolly say "the heck with one boat, take two!" Way easier said than done...I guess whining on a public forum is way easier than calling up WON BASS and voicing concerns as well...

Re: club tourneys without permits
Most clubs don't attend the jamboree, and many of them prolly wait for other organizations to post their schedule before coming up with their own. I did that for my club this year to get less conflicts with groups like top stick, which some of my club guys like to fish. It's about 57 bucks for an an...

Folks-looking for boaters and co Captains as well as shore staff for the event on October 6th on the lower lake. You got a good point Jim. We had a smaller WW event at Castaic recently, it was a great day. We hope to make it a yearly tradition. By the way, as far as that livewell thing, the other day at Piru I asked my backseater (yeah, i was running the front how about that) to check the livewell to make sure...

Two rods in a tournament
Guys-was wondering, if someone is a single boater in a tournament with no backseater, and they have a two rod stamp, can they have two lines in the water at the same time? I say no, if that is true, is that a state law or just a general tourney rule?
