I agree, I watched his seminar and the guy has one heck of a philosophy on swimbait fishing. His rod with the spiraling eyes was something I never seen and his technique of basically drop shotting a swimbait was very cool.

Delta Bass Club, best group of guys. I'm no longer in the club due to the economy, but they meet the last Thursday (tonight) of the month at Straw Hat Pizza on Lone Tree in the Winco Foods shopping center. I should note that they ONLY fish the delta.

I fished there with the old man and uncle twice in the past month. Only dinks. Read the Fresno Bee report, there was a tourny held last weekend, big fish was 2.5lbs and 6lbs+ won it!! Hoping its a late spawn year and not something worst.

I know how to walk a frog with the reel should be the same with a punker, I have the cheap Daiwa Megaforce reel 7:1 with the twichin bar. Just cast, drop your rod tip and fully pull the twichin bar with your thumb, easy as pie.
