His first mistake was not acknowledging the other guy, asking him which way he was going to move, explaining he was in a major tournament and asking him if he could share the point and that he would go the opposite way as him. I've done that many times and it worked out for both parties.

Those should be Vault Hubs AND not need service for 10 yrs, well unless they start to leak. Watch the wear on the tires of the one's you said have movement, could need the spindle nut tightened a touch. Other than that, if it ain't broke, don't fix it !!

Mine did that and it was the magnetic float in the engine mounted oil tank. You have to replace the whole tank as it is sealed inside it. They test it with a meter to read the resistance.
