I am curious to what the state laws are governing games of skill in terms of if the person hosting / profiting from the game is also alowed to compete in the game. I know for sweepstakes and raffels this is not permissible and the laws are clear for contests - the rules have to be laid out up front...

I am in Elk Grove and I am interested in any marine upholstery referrals as well. My seats are still in decent shape, but custom seats would be sweet. I don't need the carpet referral, it's a pain, but I can do my own carpet.

Just curious what size line is best for carolina rigging. Should it be mono or floro. Best is rather subjective and varies based on several factors... Any decent heavy Fluoro should do fine in close quarters. I prefer p-line 100% and I usually buy it in 2000 yard spools. The delta can be fickle and hard to learn. If you want to exponentially increase your learning curve, hire Cooch, he is the best of the best in my opinion. A good guide would be the best bang for your buck and would get you doing a lot more catching.

I use a straightened out hook to clear the pitot intake... The barb on the hook catches onto any wood plugging the hole... And yes, The speedo gauge on the boat is not all that accurate, but the bouncing needle is obnoxious.
