That is NOT right.
THE SS works GREAT on the TM. My of my elite series buddies ONLY have it on the TM. The downscan is sick on it and I can tell you how to hook them up if you want to have 2 of them.
Basically two boxes and run an E-net cable to the SS box to network.

Skeeter told me they tried every prop out there and to get the "neck breaking " holeshot or the top speed of just over 80 you needed to use either a 25VMax or 27 lightning or VMAX
