I agree with the layering under the non-insulated suit. I find myself only wearing my insulated Cabela's Guidewear suit in the worst conditions. Like below 40 deg. or wind above 25 MPH. I won't get into the ethics part....But, any idiot with half a friggin brain in his head could see this coming from a mile away. Why not save yourself and your organization the head ache. Just not smart IMO. Changing the rules mid season on who gets in the TOC or letting in boats that didn't qualify...

i'd go with the 792........ Like Gary said it's a very special rod......... I been throwing 4" tubes with a 1/8 jighead on 6lb Seaguar AbrazX..... The rod has a soft tip that loads up plenty but yet the back bone will give total controll. It also make a good ripbait rod.... staysee 90's, megab...

KVD is a great fisherman no doubt. But, I think west coast guys with more than a couple U.S. Opens under their belt would crush him at Mead for a while before he could compete. I know his network of information is very strong so that would definitely cut down the learning curve.
