Love how you can get your license online. I always procrastinate and buy it at Walmart the night before I go fishing. One year the Walmart I always go to didn't sell them anymore so I have stressin! I had to call around and was able to get one at a different Walmart.

I never liked wearing it so this is good news for me.

I suggest paying with Paypal. If the seller doesn't prove that the item was shipped with tracking info showing that it was received and delivered, then Paypal will give you your money back.
