Monte - honestly most people dont talk about "east delta" probably for a reason - I am with you though I think from Mildred / Lads through Stockton is probably east including the SanJoaquin to Mossdale (or is that south) :lol: and up the Cali. lots of different ways to break down the river...

Depending on where you want to fish you can slide your Yak in at Paradise Point in Dissapointment and this would give you lots of access to very good fishing water without being on the main channel. For me middle delta = from Mokelumne or mouth of the Sac to the Orwood \ Middle River bridge trussels. North is North of the Moe or North of where the Sac meets the San Joaquin. South anything south of Orowood (Old River) Deep South = Tracy Oasis and further " The River" being the Main Shi...

I didnt think ya needed to be a tourney fisherman to be in compliance with the DFW. The issue with the belly board is you measure a fish that is 13 on a belly board he will be short on a flat board.

Football jigs or slow action jigs = Yamamoto 5" DT in green pumpkin or cinnamon purple 90% of the time

i have a dobyns 735 that i use for heavier jigs, small swimbaits, lighter punching / heavy flippin etc... I would not call the Dobyns a broomstick but it is not an extra fast as one would typically like for pitching especially for anything under 1/2oz. I know this doesn't answer your question about ...

I think advertisers and marketing teams, especially non-endemnics, don't see a measurable return on the investment. I think the advertising budget is going to digital platform marketing "content creators" youtube, tick tok etc... why pay all this $$$ for one pro who has limited TV exposure...

One of the best times I can remember is when the moon was a foot and the sun overhead the fish bit really good for about an hour.
