I did run Trojan's (can't remember the series, but I don't believe they were SCS's) about 7-8 yrs ago and they lasted almost 6 yrs til they finally quit on me while out on the water, I went with another brand out of convenience and only got 2 yrs out of them. I run a 00 181 dual console, two guys fishing off the front deck on one side, the boat will lean a little. Regarding the ride - 1 to 2 footers, not a problem. (Delta, Clear and Berryessa) Still wish I had another 2'.

Installed my comfort troll a few years back. The lower back, feet and calfs never felt better. I run a Minnkota and with my comfort troll, so the pedal sits about an inch above the deck. Good luck.
