Well let see how many dead fish are at the next Delta event since FPT and WRL are at the delta? We will see what org is doing it's job. And if the anglers are doing what they need to do to prevent this from happening again.

I caught this pig on the TOAD TRASHER back in June on Millerton we fished the area hard with only small 1.5lb fish and I tied the TOAD TRASHER on and on the first cast I stuck this toad 5.5lbs and since I have been throwing this bait I have caught alot of piggies with it

I don't think that would feel good on the knee also it would get hot and might be noise on a tracker

This might be a good time to test if you life vest if it keeps you a float with your winter gear on. My old vest did not when I tested it. Better to be safe than sorry.
