I would have to agree with Gary on this. We know what it is going into it with prop13, but we would have little control over the continued increases they could apply if it is not in black and white like prop13 is now.

If you go to traffic school and it is removed from the DMV record, your insurance company will not use it to rate. It has to be on the record to be rateable at Farmers. Accidents are handled as you have spoken.

100 percent bass used to have them regularly. I fished many but the draw was only around 30 boats. Did not seem the fisherman wanted it that bad. They faded away.

I agree with the no prefish days. It levels the playing field to finding the fish and a pattern for the event on day one and locking it in on day two. It does not stop those who may call someone local to get ahead of the rest, but it is the best that can be done.

I have been there every weekend for several weeks. The launch fee at Markley is $15.00 and the launch is good. Paradise Cove in Wragg is $25.00 and is good. Capell Cove is free and is good Steele Park is open and launch is good but no idea of fee cost you may call the number above for that info.
