What do you need fixed? Most of the marine dealerships can do cables and minor repairs. I would send it to the Trolling Motor Doctor if you want it rebuilt.

You just live in the wrong part of CA. My neighborhood in the Coachella Valley is full of RV garages. The homes aren't outrageous either because the RV owners tend to spend time in their RV's, and don't need a gigantic home.

The lake is the clearest that I have seen it in the 17 years that I have been fishing it. There were some areas in the south that had about 6 feet of visibility when I was there for a week at the beginning of July.

This is only one study. I have read other studies that suggest the opposite. Regardless, weigh-in fish should be distributed around the lake. This is why the MLF format is a better tournament format for the fish.

Anybody that has fished DVL lately knows that the bite has really slowed. I only had five bites in 9 hours. Luckily, I got another fish over eight pounds late in the afternoon, once the wind caused some current! :D
