I fished Taylor, sandmound and franks. Inside the seawall is where I saw numerous floaters pushed into the pockets. Fish were biting though, nothing big but a ton or 2 and 3lbers. The capacitor in the charger for that Bank has probably failed. You can check it by connecting a volt meter and see what voltage is coming thru that Bank. Don't be surprised if you see > 30 volts. Repairable and may be under warranty. Or the wrong amp fuse is installed in line.
