Knots,,,By using the SDJK, it does not fray the line nor burn the line when tied. Im using the Cardiff(s) 300, 400 is for southern California guys that fish for largemouth over DD in abundance. The Striper by comparison run more than dig. Just my thoughts on it.

First thing this morn'in on Top Water (Lunker Punkers and skimmer's). Biggiest to 18lbs with many at 4-6lb range in False and Washington Cut areas. For you Fly Fisherman, the Clouser and a 4-5in Chart/white fly worked great letting it sink down too 14ft and striping it back in with different rythems...

Wood period for the big one's.....Stripers will chew them up, just tells you that they like them, spliters and all....I have white Plastics (was) that are know bone color from being smashed.

For me with six or eight inch Punker's, I use 65# Braid, enlarging the Nose O'ring and changing the Six inch model hooks out with Owner X2's, tail straight white or red.
