In case anyone was wondering..... Piru has come up 69.88 vertical feet in just over 2 months since December 10th last year and it's supposed to get a bunch more from todays' dumping! It is no longer Puddle Piru, but it is Lake Piru again!

It's up 6.5' since the low of -2.60 in December. Another 4.5 ft to go until full but compared to last year (purple line)... WOW!!!!

She is forecasted by the water managers to SPILL Friday or Saturday. Unbelievable. Prediction based on seeing this a couple times before: fishing is underwhelming/disappointing this spring. Jameson is now spilling. Cachuma is now over 40%. All runoff is heading into Cachuma from upriver now!

WOW! Look at these gains!!! Nacimiento is up over 50 feet. Santa Margarita is full and spilling. Even Lopez is getting a good slug of water having risen 2' today.

Here's the latest. Lake Cachuma has over 50' to go to hit the spillway but has risen 9' since December. Now that Gibraltar is spilling into it and Jameson should be full and spilling tonight, Cachuma will come up more rapidly with the subsequent storms.

Cachuma has risen 6'and is currently at 35.2% full but will rise more as the upstream reservoirs, Jameson and Gibraltar, fill. Gibraltar is showing it's spilling now, Jameson is 8' away. Here are the 30 day and 7 day graphs with comparisons to last year shown (in purple) to show how far behind we are from last year. Hopefully the upcoming storm this week will bring the lake to the level it was last year at this time or even greater!

I have two Minnkota Maxum TM but are 36 volt 101 lbs. One was a back up for the other. Both are working but the back up needs a spring for the pedal. If either of those might work LMK. I upgraded to the Ultrex a while back and these are just gathering dust and taking up space.

Lopez (28.6% capacity) and Casitas (32.5% capacity) are both under same restrictive diversion policies and both appear to be dying a slow death. Lopez came up a bit.... .23' or just at 2.75". Casitas has very poor water level documentation or graphs that display properly.
