I heard recently CF numbers were being recorded in some type of database as boats enter into California from Arizona? I'm sure they will make us purchase a full year AZ license if u want to fish Havasu unless you stay on the California side. I too did not find the AZ enhancement when I purchased my 2014 license.

"A friend of mine" fished Havasu for a week and had his boat in the water over four and a half days.
Day and a half later at the launch ramp in town had DFG Quagga dogs walk around sniff a little and that was it?
