Re: 3 in 1 Transducer Install
I've recently experienced the same dilemma, needing holes spaced only 1mm different from the original installation. I would suggest heading to someplace like Tap Plastics and getting a 1/2" thick plate that you can mount to the boat in the area that you would normally mount your transducers. Si...

Yet another broken transducer
In less than 2 years I've broken two Lowrance transducers. This is getting very frustrating and expensive. WTF? In my humble opinion this is a poor design to have something this long and unreinforced hanging off the back of the boat. The depthfinder is a Hook 9 TS purchased on 11/22/18 from Amazon, ...

I bought mine in Michigan, saved about $6K so it was easy to justify the $400 in round-trip airfare and $1500 in transportation charges. I have a friend that buys cars from around the country and got transportation information from him. Very worth while. Michigan boats only get used about 4 months a...

I have a 2003 225HP Optimax that has recently begun to bog down in the hole shot. Sometimes it takes several seconds as much as 30, to get this boat on plane. Any thoughts as to what I should be looking at?
Thanks!!!!

The difference between many of those Midwestern lakes like the one I pointed out in the fishnccc.com post is that they freeze during the winter.
