I have a 2003 225HP Optimax that has recently begun to bog down in the hole shot. Sometimes it takes several seconds as much as 30, to get this boat on plane. Any thoughts as to what I should be looking at?

The rules committee takes their jobs very seriously. "The Spirit of the Rules" dictates that this is an amateur tournament and that only active club members participate. This is a fun event!! Fun is serious business!! We will do all we can to protect the integrity of this tournament.
