Channel 3 has a story this morning of a boat accident near Tower Park with 2 fatalities and survivor who is a child. Story shows a picture of non damaged Bass Cat on a trailer. Anyone aware of this? SJ County SO recovered the deceased and hoping to hear what actually happened.
Bless their souls.

Re: question about boat launches at Tournaments.
All good stuff. Another added help if you are paired up get the other person to step out and be the backer. Stand on drivers side/port side of rig and walk alongside the trailer at the rear corner. Sometimes trailer screws drop off and such can be seen before running over them. Not so much at the 6 ...

Re: Dead Fish at Don Pedro
I have seen this over many years and as a TD for a local club I suggest the following. Before the circuit departs the TD or their staff should search the ramp area and see what has happened to the fish that were weighed in. Not uncommon in my years to see what has been described here 3 years ago. So...

I live in Sonora and took a ride yesterday. Don Pedro is looking good. The ramps are at the Fleming Meadows western end of the lake. Moccasin Ramp site is closed off. New Melones is also stained but fishable. Launch is at The Gory Hole ramps on the Calaveras side of the lake. Anyone heading up to Me...

Off 8 mile Road on Rio Blanco Rd off I-%. A ramp across the street also is available so they can do on the water tests as well.

Thinking of heading out there this afternoon to Stockton. Would you tuck out of the wind and hit backwaters or get out in it and hurl reaction baits and wear the rain gear? I hear its blowing down there. Sonora is fairly calm so far. Any thoughts are always appreciated.
