Worm and jig rods needs to have superb sensitivity. So in my HO I'd spend more on a rod then the reel. any reel even inexpensive ones will cast a worm or jig well set right for bait weight and line diameter but I like the chronach the best. Again you want to feel the slightest tick even in the wind ...

I heard they will drop it till there is no more water at all. You might ask yourself, is this possible? As far as I'm concerned anything is possible especially in the great welfare state of California and the way the rest of the fiasco is taking place in our once great nation.

The 461Vs with a 175 is a little Ferrari and holds 8 food rods with a quick draw rod holder setup. Runs a little rough in chop but with the 175 you can run like a bandit over waves if your a good driver. In smaller lakes it's easier to tight cove backs and turns on a dime and 8' rods fit on the pass...

If you'd like to find quaaga mussels in any of these lakes simply take 4 tires stacked on top of each other tied up and drop into lake by launch ramp in 20 feet of water with a marker buoy , let them ferment for 2-4 weeks remove and inspect. If your fishing a properly tuned bait. Stop and jerk hard down. Depending on type of bait and length from rod tip it should turn 180 degrees in her face. Try it in practice to see where it performs best (distancefrom rod tip). Could create a reaction strike!

No matter all fishin men get skunked now and then boat or no boat. To improve your chances fish as light of line you can 4lb, tiny 2-3 inch baits, dead stick 1-2 minutes then move bait a inch then let it sit 30 seconds. If you can handle that you'll be skunked much less. The key is needle sharp hook...
