i have been to el salto several times and anglers inn is by far the best out of u.s. lodge i've ever been too.. i just call anglers inn direct to book i always bring my own rods. some of the rentals don't look too good??

I have been to el salto 7 times. i stayed at anglers inn and think they are great . if you have trouble with a guide just remind them that this might affect their tip . some of them act like they don't speak english but as soon as you talk money SURPRIZE!!

i went out with coosch and he put me on the straight shank hook . it didn't look wide enough for me but cooch was getting several fish . after i lost couple big fish using the straight shank i went back to the extra wide. i think its just a mind set thing but ??

e the gamakatsu wicked wacky hook . it has a fiber weed guard. i like it better than the one with a wire guard..

i was up there sunday and the weed problem of the fall is almost all gone BUT another problem ..thats the most coots i remember seeing. they were all over including the main chanal and they seem to like to play a game as you approach they take off directly in front and over you ..
