Re: Clear Lake Rv and Valet Launch
If your RV is fully self contained, clearlake state park - kelsey creek - has ample space (no water/power) as well as very good launch ramp and plenty of docks to keep the boat in the water. Launch once when you get there and take the boat out when leaving. Photos: https://images.search.yahoo.com/se...

Why not launch the boat using the RV?
If it is towable with your RV, then it should be launchable.

You should be able to call the factory and get that info from them. They are real friendly people. Another option would be the Basscat Margay. You should also verify the trim gauge calibration. Just because the gauge reads 1/4 - doesn't mean the trim is 1/4. Need to check with Marc mechanic for calibration, unless you have digital gauges - then you can calibrate it yourself by following the instructions for the digital gauge. Here is how t...

I prefer the DECOY 120 hook, which is similar to the Gami but a better hook. It has the clip below that I tie the DL leader to with a double overhand knot. Then attach the DS weight. The fluctuations you see on the graph are only between 1 to 2 inches. With the gauge being near lakeport at the upper end, the fluctuations you are seeing is due primarily to the wind (and sometimes waves). The water moves around with the wind up there like sloshing in a bathtub. I use to live in th...

Check out Angles Camp RV park, they have cabins for rent as well (2 day minimum).
There entrance is just past the turnoff to Melones.
I think you may need to bring your own bedding, but they are very reasonable.
