Some of these had the YELLOW wire and some did not. Either way this shou8ld be wired through a switch. Basic wiring, black to system ground and red/yellow tied together from appliance to switch, switch to power supply.
Note that these LED lights are very dim, atleast to me they are.

You would need either the LSS-1 module and transducer or the newer LSS-2 module and transducer.
With either addition you would have structure (side to side) and down imaging.

Morgan does this happen with both units or does it occur in just one of the units?
You can export all your wpts and trails to an SD card just to see IF you are having a memory bog-down. If no change is experienced, you can then import all your files back to the HDS.

Hey Morgan, first thing to check is voltage at the unit. Low voltage/current is a leading cause of re-booting, and 12’s especially. Try turning the back sticker light OFF to see if it helps.

The correct way is to add another battery for 'house' or 'electronics' loads. It is possible to pull clean power from either the cranking bat or the TM bat bank by utilizing a DC-DC Converter. The downside is killing either of those banks and being without power to get to the weigh-in on time. All t...

Really not a 'which is better' scenario as much as it is a 'which do I need'.
A very general way to approach this, N2K for sensors and ETHERNET for the rest, or ETHERNET is fast and N2K is slooow.
Even with both networks installed, which I prefer, you still can't share everything.

Rene the part# doesn't match the nomenclature. But if you have the PDRT- where did you mount the remote temp sensor? Also you can check your data sources for temp just to make sure that source did not get changed somehow.

The best way to handle this is to set your MFD's up the way your like, pages, splits, overlays, etc...then save your settings to an sd card. Next time you run an update, when done, insert your sd card and upload your saved settings. BINGO, done, fini, settings restored.

Maybe this will shed a little light. I buy a new $70K pickup. On my way to work the next day I find myself in the middle of a driveby shooting and my new truck is full of holes. I go to the dealer and they say sorry, not covered. Kinda sorta huh? There is insurance which would cover it.
