Shimano shirts, hats, sweathirts, etc...
I'd like to purchase some Shimano clothing, but I'm having a hard time finding any. I've searched all over the internet without having any luck. The only thing I'm able to find are some very nice hats at Fisherman's Warehouse here in Sacramento. I'd like to purchase some long sleeve shirts and some ...

Re: What would be your ideal spinning or baitcast reel for b
Thanks for the info, I'll definatley go that route.
I called Shimano, they cost about $30.00 a piece with shipping. To bad Shimano doesnt make a 101DSV.
My $200 Curado just went up to $230.00.
Any suggestions for the Calcutta 101B?

Re: What would be your ideal spinning or baitcast reel for b
To answer your question specifically: The Curados 101d has a great spool design, but the line capacity is too little. The same spool type with more capacity would be great. The Calcutta 101B would be great with the same spool as the Curado 101D. Not the spool that Curado currently has, but the spool...

Re: What would be your ideal spinning or baitcast reel for b
You guys have some awesome gear! But for your middle-class die hards like me, I have 5 curado 101D's, 1 Curado 201 DHSV ( I like the 7:1 for pulling pigs outta heavy cover ,fast!). Then I have 5 Calcutta 101B's that I use for crankin, spinnerbaits, etc. I like the 5.8:1 ratio for that type of tecniq...

Red,green, and blue shimano crank/jerkbait tackle system.
The boxes I have are red, blue ,and green. They have a grey, very dense foam like material that holds the hooks in place on jerkbaits, and crankbaits. The green box is for small jerkbaits. The blue is for med jerkbaits. The red, which is the one I like the best, fits med to large crankbaits, and bes...
