Given the choice, frequently Spotted Bass will spawn usually on secondary points on pea gravel or other hard surfaces, but they can be found spawning just about anywhere in the water if they cannot find ideal choices of bottom composition.
I have even seen them spawn on top of submerged tree stumps.

The Weedslinger I have now has a line tube going through the nose and head, going into the body cavity.

When rigging the G-Lock, do you allow some space between the hook eye and that tube, or is the hook eye snug to the tube ?

I have not fished them yet .
I am thinking that belly-weighted EWG hooks or belly-weighted Cork-screw hooks may be the way to go with these.

The belly-weighted EWGs have worked well for me with the SwimSenkos.

I am also thinking the Swarming Hornets may work well with these , as well.

Weighing 2 ounces, and 12.25 inches long. Did you guys notice in the video how many different choices that you have to rig it? It looks like it has a hook hanger loop on the bottom of each section.
