Crankbait reel
Looking for a left handed Shimano 5:1 or 6:2 for a crankbait reel. I see the Core at 6:2, but that is more than I'd like to spend. Can a 7:1 Curado's gear be replaced with a 5:1 gearing?

NavPlanner Problem
Recently piced up the NavPlanner and have tried installing it twice without success. Seems to not read the card. Does anyone use this that runs Vista? Wondering if there is a compatibility issue.

Re: BASTRIX RIGGING
I use the Falcon 6/0 but disliked the exaggerated wobble. Just was not realistic. I wrapped the shank of the hook with picture frame wire and it works great! Acts like a keel and it allows me to fish deeper with a slow retrieve and retain a tighter swimming action.

shakey head selection
I've spent a few hours over the last few days looking for a good shakey head jig design. A few characteristics I like are the screw in holder and painted heads. I am wanting to use 4" worms, but the heads in the 1/16 and 1/8oz range all have 2/0 or even 3/0 hooks - which seems oversized for a 4...

swimbait pole advice
Looking to try some swimbaits in western WA this year. Baits will be in the 6" - 8" range. Being that these are smaller baits than the 10 - 12" bait many in CA use, what pole would you recommend and why? Thanks in advance.
