The Department of Fish and Wildlife does not maintain a sportfishing record for Sacramento pikeminnow or splittail (which are different species). The largest pikeminnow recorded was 31.9 lbs and 45.25" long.

The pumps are accessible in my '95 Champ 190DCX. Just take out the batteries and floor plates and cover behind the livewells. Hope yours is like mine and not like fishwithron2's.

Could be a cracked fitting between the pump and the hose, at the livewell end, or broken pump nozzle. Or plug it outside and forget it. Have done all three. Usually easy fixes.

If you fish the Colorado River lakes, etc., carpet color DOES make a big difference. I fished the River in a Champion with charcoal carpets on Memorial Day, ripped up a pair of well-worn flip-flops, ended up barefoot and burning big blisters on the balls of my feet.
