Weird, I just looked myself and it didn't give a description to me either. You can call bird and ask them direct. Be sure to call early as Monday is a high traffic day for them being directly after the weekend. They are on central time.

I bet you a Gary Dobyns donut you have your power switched hooked to the console panel.. Hook your unit directly to the cranking battery.. Your losing power somewhere.... Every boat I rig I rig it directly to the battery. All sorts of things can go wrong rigging at the console..
