I just got some AGM's from Charlie @ Batttery Systems. These are awesome batteries, felt like I got a little more power on my MK 101. Just knowing I don't have to maintain them is worth the money to me, getting to all four of batteries to refill the distilled water in my Cobra is a pain.

I use P-line Flouroclear. It is limp and stays on the reels and is very sensitive and very strong. The cost is very reasonable too.

I prefer the Snag Proof frog. I have experienced the weight falling off quite a bit. So, I superglue around weight before use. I have also experienced the cut nose when the frog gets pulled up the line. When this happens, I superglue the slice and it will last a little while longer. I went thru $70....

I don't post too much, but this thread deserves a compliment. We (DFG, tournament orgs' and fishermen) all need to look at what we can do better vs. complaining about we each did wrong. This is the only way to resolve conflicts.

I always wanted to name my boat "shoulda been my 1st wife". My trailer had personalized plates "5NCULLN" , but permananent tralier plates made more sense than paying extra for personal plates.
