This was absolutely the best of the last 4 events. Thank you Mike and Lynne, the Lake Elsinore Bass Club, and to anyone else who had a hand in putting on this awesome day. I know my fishing marines thought it was great.

I delivered a very generous donation from the guys at Optimum Bait Company & AA Worms, to the Lake Elsinore Bass Club. The Temecula Valley High School Junior R.O.T.C. helped with the packaging.

I wish I could have seen the CF numbers, but because of the distance, his boat angle, and not to mention my bad eyes, I could not get them. Lets hope the marina staff got them.

WHAT A JERK I SAW AT DVL TODAY
Usually I don't post much, but what I saw today needs to be told. While fishing on the north shore this morning, I saw two guys fishing close by in a white and black Ranger. The guy on the front caught a small "rat," and instead of unhooking the fish, he proceeded to whip his rod around a...

If this is the same guy who has moved his shop all over Temecula the last few years, don't bother. Their service sucks big time, and your better off going to Anglers and getting it fixed right the first time. Where is this guy located now? I see he has moved away from old town.

Guy, CLR is what I use, and it works great. I use it on my motor as well, and it comes out like new. The gel coat will look like you just had it detailed. My jack plate sparkles. Boat and trailer will look showroom condition. It has no negative effects on any area of my boat. For $4.00 a bottle, it ...

It is very tough fishing right now for numbers. I was there today, and the best bite was on blades. The fish were all good quality, not like the ones earlier this year. Water level is down, and dropping. Good luck out there on Saturday.

Thanks for the heads up on the batteries. I did in fact have brand new Interstate, and Kirkland series 27's in my boat. Still can't figure out why they only lasted 3/4 of a day, before running out of juice. My original AC Delco series 27's would last 2 days easy. I know, stick with what works....

There was a 15 pounder caught yesterday at Vail. It was caught by one of the lake staff, who was fishing on his day off. The fish was caught on live bait, so it doesn't count.
On Friday there was an 11, and a 10 caught. One on bait, the other on a Senko. Those don't count either.
