One of the maintenance guys was closing off the the far right hand lane of the launch ramp as I was launching (side closest to the boat inspection trailer ) after someone reportedly damaged their prop pulling out . My 3 most important factors in lure color selection

A) You have the faith to keep throwing it cast after cast expecting to get bit at any time .

B) The fish will readily bite it

C) It's not out of stock everywhere when you need to buy more .

This is groundbreaking information . Fishermen have been catching bass for decades on all the wrong colors .
Putting things in proper context if a fish bites the lure you're throwing it IS the right color.

There isn’t any doubt that the Delta ecosystem is changing and the weakest links are first to be impacted. There is the possibility of flooding and loss of property / lives if a Dam fails ,though this is very rare with modern designed dams . they used to say if you talked softly and nicely to plants it helped them grow better .
Perhaps the painfully loud (terrorist breaking ) music wakeboarders blast from the towers on their boats is what is killing the aquatic vegetation . No spraying would be needed if true .
