What are the best tackle shops in the east bay, specifically near danville or berkeley?

Im interested in your guys suggestions of a rod I should get for these three applications. I am partial to Doybns but even so what series?

Also what is the best ratio of reel to use for these? thanks

I don't have much time to get out to the lakes, but enjoy using time on small ponds to practice, and was wondering what the best small pond lures around this time of the year.
