As far as I know, there is an indefinate ban on boats: registered out of state, southern California, San Benito, and Santa Clara counties. The ban has not been lifted and will probably remain in place for quite some time, if not perminantly. You have to remember, lakes like Pardee and Camanche were ...

Any HBC VTOs wanna ride share?

I plan on leaving Elk Grove early morning on Friday the 11th. Any VTOs want to rideshare? Got room in my truck for a couple guys. You can park at my house and we'll ride together to Clearlake. Or if you're right off of or near I-5 north of Elk Grove, I can pick you up. Shoot me a PM.

Dan,

8# test, dropshot palomar, and it wasn't my knot. I always pull the line with the knot in my mouth, to prevent line burn. No question in my mind that it was the line. I've tied this knot a thousand times and never had this problem before, mono or flouro.

Has anyone else had a problem with Seaguar Florocarbon?

During the FLW Stren Clear Lake tournament, I had 3 line breaks in a row. All 3 were at the knot. (Dropshot palamar) It was brand new Seaguar Invizex line and it was not my knots.
