Fishing Funk

Been grinding out here to say the least. The bite is tough out here and you have to spend time on the water to figure it out. So if your not out there grinding don't expect to be on anything great!

First day of practice for the BBT Delta/Wine Region didn't pan out quite as planned but it was still a day on the water. Not all days can be home runs but its all about putting the pieces of the puzzle together.

I believe the difference between a texas and the shakey would be the weight welded to the hook. Any play in between the weight and hook on a texas rig would cause the worm even if floating to lay horizontally, if that makes sense.

While most of the delta is recovering from rain and looks like chocolate milk, time on the water finally paid of with a decent fish.
Covered a lot of bank looking for clean water and healthy grass. Hope you enjoy.....

This is a link to the scale on TW, it comes with cull balls with a similar clip and number so that you can store the weights on the scale and correlate them with fish making culling that much easier.

Superbowl Fishing

Was able to get out for two hours during the Superbowl. no one likes to watch another dynasty take a win. Found a few green fish and a linesider to make the trip worth it. Hope you guys enjoy and remember any cast could be a giant.

ISE Reel Repair

Looking for info on the reel and rod repair booth that was on the north east side near the bass tank. Anybody know the info on the company? Older guy and Asian kid were at the booth when I was there pretty sure they are out of Sacramento.

fishing during the most brutal storm system we have seen this year and I'm glad I listened. Fish chewed the A-rig despite the 30+mph winds and the monsoon of a rainstorm dumping. Hope you guys enjoy

Bass Fishing TRIFECTA Lake Berryessa January 7th

Solid trip up to Lake Berryessa, was able to figure out a bite and catch a solid limit of fish and complete the Bass trifecta. As usual it takes all day to figure out what the fish wanted but when I did it was on hope you enjoy.

I have a rebuilt 175 Optimax so anything rated for that would work.

Im not a huge drop shot guy but out here I only cylindrical weights and i typically use lead.
I only use tungsten when I head up to the lakes, its a night and day difference when feeling the bottom.

Gave the tough fall Delta bite a rest and put the smack down on some Northern California Ducks. We shot 4 limits and had a blast doing it. These cold winter months make for some killer video.

From the river one day to the sea the next. Was able to catch a couple decent Stripers one day and then head out to catch some solid rock and ling cod. It was a blast and I hope you guys enjoy.
