Video from the Delta 6/20/19

This was our first attempt at making a youtube fishing video. Got a chance to get my son out for a few hours. We had a great time with the father/son project and spent some quality time out on the water and the fish catches were just a bonus. No "BIG" fish to brag about but it wasn't about...

I'm not familiar with any "free" ramps per say but i try top stay away from any sketchy situations!

Fwiw Orwood raised their fee to $13 and Russo's is now $12

Maybe a cool sticky thread to compile all the Delta launch ramps and their prices....who's got time for some homework?? lol

Need guide fixed on Dobyns rod near Delta

Instead of paying shipping back and forth to Dobyns i may be out fishing the Delta this Thurs and was hoping maybe a local shop could repair/re-epoxy my guide back on ( 3rd guide from the tip) while i was out on the water and pick it back up at the end of the day. Some things to look at. 1 make sure you are not in ‘simulator mode’ 2 try zooming IN extremely close. 3 make sure you have a clear view of the sky. Yes a pic would help us. Edd I'll double check all those and will snap a pic or quick vid tonight after work! The one thing i did not do was have a cle...

It's been years since I mounted the charger and looking at it for a long time. I used 2 each 90 degree angle brackets 8" X 1" X 1/8" thick and 8" wide X 11" long x 3/4" marine plywood board. The brackets screwed to a flat battery mounting surface and the charger bolted...

NOCO is sealed and waterproof. Mine is inside the rear compartment on the transum. Some boats have them inside the rear dry storage compartment running the wire through the side. Also keep in mind AGM's don't need to be mounted upright, nothing to spill out! Stay with the group 27 size cranking bat...

Hey Pat, Not sure what your space looks like, but could you mount the charger to the underside if the rear compartment lid? NOCO Genius 3 is a small compact onboard charger that works good and saves space. The RV plug/receptacle is a good idea. Contemplating saving space and weight off the back of the boat and was just wondering how many of you run say a 3 bank charger but wire it with quick disconnects so you can plug in all batteries when at home and then disconnect and leave charger and wires at home.
