I've heard if a boat hasn't been registered for four straight years the state loses track of ownership. Not sure if that's true? Does anyone know if that's even remotely true?

I heard years ago it costs the state $1500 to remove a 14’ wooden boat. Can you imagine what it must cost to get the gear out there to remove truly big boats?

Whatever you choose try to avoid the temptation of under powering your boat to save money. If it’s rated for 115 don’t buy a 90, etc......I’ve never known anyone that underpowered their boat being satisfied in the end.

Something I really like about Tiki Lagun is they take care of the property. Nice store, nice cafe & bar and low cost gas. Before doing my annual gas fill up before winter storage last year I heard rumors of water in their gas. I proceeded to fill up at Bullfrog. Has anyone recently purchased gas...

Your 1999 Stratos looks almost identical to my 2000 Triton TR19. Must be the Earl Bentz influence. Mine has a 175HP Evinrude Ficht. Not that there's a major difference, but the engine on yours looks like an Evinrude instead of a Johnson. Great looking boat, you should have no problem selling it.

Back in the day I used to see beavers cruising the surface in the early mornings quite often. I hardly see them at all anymore. Do the sea lions have a negative effect on beavers like they do big fish?
